Renowned Homes is an award-winning new homes consultancy headquartered in Canary Wharf, London. We are the strategic sales partner of choice for boutique and mid-tier UK property developers - operating across 300+developments and having facilitated over £80M in new homes sold. We are not a listings agency. We are a high-performance sales business with proprietary lead generation, proven conversion systems, a qualified buyer database, and a team built to execute at pace.
The Role
This is a senior commercial appointment. The Head of Developer Relations will own the full developer facing function at Renowned Homes - identifying, approaching, pitching, and securing new developer mandates, while managing and deepening existing relationships. This is not a business development manager title with a cold call list. This is a strategic operator role for someone already embedded in the boutique-to-mid-tier new homes world, with existing relationships, commercial credibility, and the judgment to know which opportunities are worth pursuing. The right candidate understands that mandates are won through trust, track record, and strategic alignment - not volume outreach. They know which developers need better sales infrastructure. They understand the commercial pressures developers face, and they know how to position Renowned Homes as the answer.
Key Responsibilities
Developer Acquisition & Mandate Securing
- Identify and target boutique-to-mid-tier developers across London and key UK markets who would benefit from Renowned Homes' sales infrastructure and buyer platform

- Secure a minimum of 3–5 new developer relationships under mandate within the first six months
- Maintain a live pipeline of developer prospects with clear stage progression tracked in the CRM
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary relationship owner for all developer partners — maintaining regular strategic touchpoints, quarterly performance reviews, and proactive communication
- Understand each developer's funding timeline, sell-through targets, pricing sensitivity, and commercial pressures, and adapt the Renowned Homes offer accordingly
- Ensure all developer relationships are documented, structured, and protected as long-term business assets

- Develop and refine the Renowned Homes developer proposition — ensuring our commercial offer, pitch materials, reporting, and partnership terms remain competitive and compelling
- Work closely with the Founder and Sales Manager to align developer intake with the team's capacity and conversion capability
- Provide market intelligence on developer activity, competitor agency performance, and emerging scheme opportunities
- Contribute to the tiered Developer Partnership Programme (Platinum / Gold / Silver) — defining benefits, exclusivity structures, and co-marketing commitments at each tier Internal Collaboration
- Brief the sales team thoroughly on each new development — scheme overview, buyer profile, pricing strategy, key selling points, and developer expectations
- Collaborate with the marketing function to ensure developer schemes are positioned correctly across all channels
- Attend weekly leadership meetings and provide a structured update on the developer pipeline, mandate progress, and relationship health
- Brand & Market Presence
- Represent Renowned Homes at industry events, developer forums, launches, and networking opportunities

- Strong existing relationships at director or decision-maker level within the developer community
- Commercial conviction — able to present, negotiate, and close at a senior level
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; polished enough for boardroom, credible enough for site
- London-based with the ability to travel regularly across the UK for site visits and meetings
- Self-directed — able to build your own pipeline and operate without constant management
