Kalory Photo & Video is a London-based photography and video studio specialising in jewellery, watches, luxury products, model shoots, ecommerce imagery, and retail interior/exterior photography.
We work with leading brands across jewellery, watches, fashion, beauty, retail and lifestyle. Our work requires precision, consistency, strong colour judgement and a deep understanding of commercial image production.
We are looking for a skilled Retoucher / Creative Production Specialist to join our production team.
This is not only a basic Photoshop retouching role. We are looking for someone with strong retouching skills, excellent attention to detail, and transferable creative production skills such as video editing, AI-assisted workflows, automation and digital asset preparation.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support Kalory’s image production workflow across jewellery, watches, product photography, ecommerce, fashion, beauty, model imagery, and retail interior/exterior photography.
You will be expected to work from clear briefs, follow Kalory’s retouching standards, organise files properly, and deliver clean, editable, high-quality work.
The ideal candidate should be precise, reliable, open to feedback and able to work to professional client deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
- Retouch jewellery, watches, luxury products and ecommerce imagery to a high commercial standard.
- Clean dust, scratches, reflections, imperfections and background issues while keeping products realistic.
- Work on high-end colour correction and colour matching across full image sets.
- Retouch metals, gemstones, diamonds, watches and reflective surfaces with care and accuracy.
- Support retail interior and exterior image retouching, including architectural corrections, window reflections, perspective correction and clean layered Photoshop files.
- Prepare images for web, ecommerce, print, social media and client delivery.
- Follow precise briefs, file naming systems, folder structures and export specifications.
- Maintain organised Photoshop files with clear layers and non-destructive editing wherever required.
- Work on batches of images while maintaining consistency across the full project.
- Make corrections quickly and accurately based on feedback.
- Support workflow improvements, automation and faster production processes.
- Where relevant, assist with video editing, basic motion assets, AI-assisted production and graphic design tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Good understanding of high-end retouching, colour correction and commercial image finishing.
- Experience retouching jewellery, watches, products or other detailed reflective objects.
- Ability to work with layers, masks, paths, curves, adjustment layers and non-destructive workflows.
- Good eye for colour, contrast, texture, shadows and reflections.
- Ability to follow a reference image and match an approved visual style.
- Strong file organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple images at once.
- Excellent communication in English.
Highly Desirable Skills
- Experience with jewellery metal, diamonds and gemstones.
- Experience with watch retouching.
- Experience with architecture, interiors, retail spaces retouching.
- Experience with high-end colour work.
- Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Experience with automated workflows, Photoshop actions, batch processing, scripts or asset management systems.
- Experience preparing ecommerce assets for Shopify, websites or online marketplaces.
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Capture One or similar tools.
- Understanding of file delivery for different formats: web, print, social, ecommerce and client archive.

Working Arrangement
We are open to different levels of experience, including:
- Senior Retoucher / Team Lead
- Mid-Level Product Retoucher
- Production Retoucher with strong potential
The final role and salary will depend on skill level, experience, test results and ability to work independently.

Pay: £34,000.00 per year
