We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Learning Specialist or Instructional Designer to join our client education team within Computershare’s Entity Solutions business (CES). CES is a fast-growing division that’s shaping the future of corporate governance and entity management through our smart, transformative services and solutions. As part of our highly collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in designing and facilitating innovative, user-centric learning experiences that empower our clients to navigate our CES applications and achieve their goals.

Reporting to the team lead, you’ll collaborate with a forward-thinking team to create learning solutions that deliver real impact. With our focus on innovation, we strive to elevate our clients’ experience at every step of their learning journey with us. If you have a talent for transforming complex software processes into clear, engaging, and results-oriented learning, you’ll enjoy this opportunity.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Design, develop and maintain learning solutions for our CES applications, including eLearning modules, software simulations, how-to videos (screencasts), user guides, instructor-led training and certification exams.
Facilitate virtual training sessions for our CES clients using Microsoft Teams, incorporating best practices in adult learning and learner engagement.
Develop performance-focused and engaging eLearning with Articulate Rise and Storyline including software simulations and assessments.
Develop high-quality, easy-to-follow video screencasts using Camtasia or Articulate.
Apply user experience (UX) and graphic design best practices to design solutions with intuitive navigation, engaging interfaces and appealing graphics.
Continuously evaluate and improve learning experiences based on user feedback, data insights and performance metrics.
Collaborate effectively with your global team on a weekly basis to ensure consistency, share best practices, and support continuous improvement of learning programs.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning gaps, define objectives, and ensure learning solutions meet both user needs and business goals.

What will you bring to the role?

University degree; several years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Several years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning solutions as a Learning Specialist, Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer or similar role.
Experience facilitating engaging virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams, WebEx or similar applications.
Experience developing eLearning with Articulate Rise and Storyline. Ability to produce assessments, software simulations, and complex interactions.
Experience developing software screencast videos with Camtasia or similar applications.
Experience transforming complex processes into easy-to-follow how-to content.
Experience using SnagIt or similar software to produce screenshots.
Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to understand needs, clarify expectations, and deliver a positive, client-centered experience.
Excellent productivity and project management skills.

This position will require up to 10% travel, including international travel to the U.S, based on business need.
