We are seeking a dedicated Law Firm Receptionist to join our team at Law Lane Solicitors in. This vital role involves creating a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting our legal team with administrative tasks. Your contribution will help uphold our commitment to exceptional client service and professionalism.
Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Schedule appointments and maintain the firm's calendar.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support the legal team with logistical arrangements.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and professional manner.
Handle correspondence and manage mail distribution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or reception roles, preferably within a legal setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
