Jones Building Group are looking to appoint an Apprentice Administrator based at our office in Yeovil working with our Electrical/Decarbonisation team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy office to assist in daily administration duties whilst working towards an NVQ level 2 in Customer Service Practitioner.
Duties
· The apprentice will be working alongside our Administrators to assist with customer service, order processing, logistics, purchasing and general administrative tasks.
· Answer telephones/emails and deal with queries
· Raise purchase orders / subcontract orders
· Frank outgoing post
· Assist departments within the business with various tasks plus various admin / secretarial duties as required

· Competent with Microsoft Office and have knowledge and experience of Excel and Word
