Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Maintain a strong and visible security presence across the site
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Assisting with evacuation procedures
- Providing security related comms to members of public
- Dealing with any queries and offering additional information
- Offer an excellent level of customer service to ensure the smooth running of the daily procedures
- Support other positions where necessary including stewarding, Traffic and Car Park teams.
- Managing traffic around site
- Assisting with access control of car parks
- Ticket Machine Maintenance
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- SIA Door Supervisor badge
- Traffic Management Training will be provided
- DBS Certificate
- Previous customer service experience
- You must have a good level of verbal and written English
- The ability to react calmly in high pressured situations
- Good level of physical fitness to conduct patrols over large areas.
Hours of work:
This role will be 48.75 hours per week, 10 hours per day, a 20 min unpaid break per day.
Rate of pay:
The hourly rate will be £13.79.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must be over 18 years of age.
