Multi-Brand Street Food Events Manager
Salary: £16 per hour + performance bonus
Location: Hybrid role based between our HQ in Louth, Lincolnshire and events across the UK.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, creative and hands-on individual to join us in a key role at the heart of the business.
The Opportunity
This is not a desk job.
It's also not just an events job.
We're looking for someone who can help us deliver incredible events, grow our brands, build new opportunities and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll work closely with the owners and play a major role in shaping the future of both brands.
One week you could be leading a team at a major festival, creating content for social media and serving customers. The next you could be securing new bookings, analysing event performance, planning future events and preparing for the next busy trading weekend.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Operations
- Plan and deliver events across both brands
- Liaise with event organisers and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate logistics, staffing and event preparation
- Lead teams at events and ensure exceptional standards
- Drive event vehicles and transport equipment
- Represent the brands professionally across the UK
Business Development & Bookings
- Source new festivals, food markets, corporate events, weddings and private hire opportunities
- Manage incoming enquiries and convert opportunities into bookings
- Build relationships with organisers, venues, wedding planners and corporate clients
- Complete event applications and booking processes
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and grow both brands
Content Creation & Social Media Growth
- Capture engaging photo and video content at events
- Help grow our social media presence and audience
- Create ideas for campaigns, content and brand development
- Support marketing activity across both brands
- Spot trends and opportunities to keep our brands fresh and relevant
Hands-On Hospitality
- Prepare and serve food across both brands
- Operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service during busy events
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Support and lead teams during high-volume service periods
Administration & Business Support
- Manage event administration and operational planning
- Maintain booking schedules and event calendars
- Coordinate staffing plans and event preparation
- Assist with supplier relationships and ordering
- Ensure systems, processes and documentation remain organised and up to date
Reporting & Commercial Performance
- Maintain spreadsheets and records for event takings and performance
- Monitor sales, profitability and event results
- Produce reports and insights for the owners
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance
- Support planning and decision-making using event data
About You
We're not looking for someone who wants a standard 9–5 role.
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, events, people and building brands.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligible to drive company vehicles under our insurance requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and managing information accurately
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and event-based schedules
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK
