Therapeutic Parenting / DDP Specialist (Self-Employed)

Are you passionate about supporting people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing? Do you have experience in DDP/therapeutic parenting approaches? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are a multi award-winning mental health specialist and consultancy, and we are looking for qualified and experienced therapists to join our growing team. Opportunities are available to work in the Grimsby & Lincoln area across Monday to Saturday, including weekend availability.

We are particularly interested in therapists who can support:

Families and parents using therapeutic parenting approaches (including trauma-informed and attachment-based models)
Clients experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges

Whilst the role is self-employed, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of like-minded professionals. At Fortis, you are never working in isolation—you will be supported by our Operations Team and Clinical Lead, and benefit from:

Opportunities to expand your specialisms, including therapeutic parenting pathways

The possibilities to grow within Fortis are extensive.

To be considered, you will need to:

Be appropriately qualified in counselling, psychotherapy, or a related field
Have experience delivering therapeutic interventions (including couples work and/or therapeutic parenting support)
Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing
Be a member of a recognised professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, HCPC)
Hold a current DBS, ICO and professional indemnity insurance.
