Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to multiple locations efficiently and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's high standards of service. Duties
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete multiple daily deliveries across designated routes
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly for transit
- Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency and timeliness
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery from customers upon completion of each drop
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial driving procedures
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling goods or parcels
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation tools
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate reliability, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift
Pay: £80.00-£160.00 per day
