Snack Food Factory Machine Operator

We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator to help produce and package snack foods in a fast-paced factory environment in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, packing, monitoring product quality, loading materials, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor food production and packaging machines
Load ingredients and packaging materials
Check product quality and packaging accuracy
Perform basic machine adjustments and report issues
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety rules

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
Willingness to work afternoon shifts
Able to understand and work in English language

The role:

Location: Marlow (on site car park)
Competitive salary
Full time salary role
40 Hours per Week
28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
Afternoon shift (Monday - Friday)
Often offers weekend overtime hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
