Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to meet the expectations of our clientele.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues, contributing to a friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
Good communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
Must be able to work weekends
