Reporting & Insight Analyst

Location: Priory Park, Bedford / Hybrid
Team: Finance – Commercial & Planning / Insights & Analytics
Reporting to: Reporting & Analytics Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + annual company performance related bonus up to 20% + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + private medical insurance + employer pension contributions up to 10%

We’re looking for a Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our growing Insights & Analytics team—someone who can turn data into a powerful story and become a trusted partner to the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in enabling smarter decisions by designing and delivering impactful reporting across Salesforce and Oracle , while ensuring consistency with enterprise data standards.

Your role will include:

Building and enhancing reports and dashboards that drive operational, tactical, and strategic decisions
Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
Ensuring accuracy and alignment across Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI and Snowflake outputs
Championing data quality, governance, and KPI consistency across the organisation
Acting as a subject matter expert in reporting best practices
Driving adoption of reporting by delivering training, guidance, and user support
Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting efficiency

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong business engagement skills:

Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce is required
Strong understanding of data models, relationships, and reporting structures
Experience with enterprise systems (ideally Salesforce & Oracle / CRM & ERP )
Ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear reporting solutions
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, validation, and data integrity
Confidence creating clear documentation, definitions, and reporting standards

Increasing user adoption and reducing reliance on manual reporting
