Help Us Create a Happier, Healthier and More Resilient World
Are you looking for more than just another job?
Do you want to play a meaningful role in helping organisations create healthier cultures, stronger leadership and better mental health outcomes for their people?
Do you thrive on bringing order to complexity, helping teams perform at their best, and turning ideas into action?
If so, this could be one of the most rewarding opportunities you'll ever find.
International Wellbeing Insights and The Stress Management Society are entering an exciting new chapter.
For more than 23 years we have been helping organisations improve mental health, wellbeing, resilience, leadership and workplace culture. We work with some of the world's best-known organisations, helping them create safer, healthier and more productive environments where people can thrive.
Our clients include global brands, public sector organisations, charities and growing businesses. Our work spans leadership development, mental health programmes, culture change, psychological safety, employee wellbeing and organisational transformation.
As the organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional person to become the operational heartbeat of the business.
This is far more than an administration role.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted member of the leadership team and help shape the future of a purpose-led organisation with significant growth potential.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and people-focused individual who can help bring structure, accountability and momentum across the organisation.
You will work closely with our Founder and leadership team, helping to ensure that the business runs smoothly, priorities are delivered, opportunities are followed through and the team is supported to perform at its best.
You will become the operational heartbeat of the organisation, helping create the systems, structures and accountability that enable our team to perform at its best and the business to grow sustainably.
Rather than simply keeping things running, you will help build the operational foundations that allow the organisation to scale whilst remaining true to our values and mission.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and making things happen.
For the right person, there is genuine opportunity for progression into a future Head of Operations, Operations Director, COO or Managing Director pathway as the organisation continues to grow.
