About the Role
Trio-Tronics Manufacturing UK Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Coordinator to support administrative and HR coordination activities within the UK operation.
This is primarily an office-based administrative role within a small UK business operation, supporting the day-to-day administrative and HR coordination activities of the business, including HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding, payroll preparation, and general office support activities.
The role is suited to an organised, professional, and detail-focused individual with strong administrative skills, good communication, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and document management
- Maintaining personnel records and HR files
- Supporting recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities
- Supporting the preparation of contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
- Assisting with payroll preparation, absence records, and timesheet administration
- Coordinating meetings and internal communications
- Supporting compliance and administrative reporting activities
- Assisting management with general operational administration
- Liaising with external providers and service partners where required
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Comfortable supporting both administrative and HR coordination tasks
Desirable
- Previous administration or HR support experience
- Experience maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Familiarity with onboarding, absence tracking, or payroll preparation
- Experience working within an SME or site-based business environment

- Pay: £26,500.00 to £28,000.00 per year
