Full job description

We are looking for a positive, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team. This is a newly created role to support the delivery of the HR Strategy and HR workplan through leading and delivering on HR projects and initiatives. With oversight from the Head of HR, you will be responsible for all parts of assigned projects from creating a project plan to implementation and review. You will be expected to work closely with internal and stakeholders, ensuring high level of engagement and input.

The postholder will also be expected to oversee employee relations and change management processes during periods of high workload or during the absence of the HR Advisor, so experience of these processes is required.

This role requires:

CIPD qualification or experience working within a HR team providing advice, support, and guidance.
Experience of managing HR projects within a HR team.
Excellent communication and people skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of managing employee relations and change management processes.
Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week (but will consider minimum 25 hours per week)
