We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team working on our Commercial fit-out projects. We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent project administration service. They will need to be a confident, proactive, & experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be assisting & coordinating the logistics & workflow of various projects, to ensure completion within pre-determined time frames & to agreed standards & quality.

We are a team of industry leaders, specialising in the execution of commercial hospitality, retail and high-end residential projects to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking after scheduling for contracts
- Project administration & document control
- Inputting & management of project information into the Project Management software
- Prepare weekly project reports from the Project Management system
- Liaising with our supplier chain
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner
- Helping with general administrative tasks
- Escalating issues to the Managers promptly
- Procurement & ordering of materials
- Regular meetings with Project Managers to discuss progress and deadlines
- Building relationships with clients & meeting their expectations
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Licences required:
- Past experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Experience with customer service skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confident in learning new programs
- Good numeracy, verbal & written communication skills
- Good practical skills & approach to problem solving
- Able to work independently & under pressure
- Able to work to deadlines
- Able to prioritise your own work
- Solid work ethics and transparency
- Innovative thinking to improve your work
- Must be within a 15 mile radius of Hastings
