Kitchen Porter – Busy Village Pub

We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our friendly team at a busy village pub. This is a fast-paced role at the heart of the kitchen, helping keep service running smoothly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities

Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean and tidy
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when needed
Managing waste and recycling
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Following food hygiene and health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Previous kitchen experience helpful but not essential — full training provided
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
