Receptionist – Full Time
Location: Droxford, Southampton - Onsite full time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week, with 1-hour unpaid break)

Salary: £25-29k depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and personable Reception Administrator to join our team. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing and progressing our people.

As the first point of contact for Clients and visitors, you will play a key role in shaping the client experience and representing the business to the highest standard. You will be responsible for delivering a warm and professional front-of-house service, while also providing administrative support to our Estate Planning and Financial Planning teams.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a close-knit team environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role is essential, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting Clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
Taking full responsibility and management of the diary system
Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for client meetings
Maintaining a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception area
Supporting the Estate Planning and Financial Planning teams with administrative tasks
Time and task management of the Advisors
Keeping Client databases accurate and up to date
Managing incoming and outgoing post

The Successful Candidate

· Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional manner

Well-presented with a strong focus on delivering a high standard of service
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
A positive team player who is open to learning and sharing ideas
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and confidence managing both their own workload and supporting advisors with diary and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
