This isn’t your typical nursery role.
Selca Day Nursery – Pencoed is a growing packaway setting, based inside Pencoed Welfare Hall, working alongside a busy after school club.
We’re building something special and are looking for someone who wants to be part of it, someone who takes pride in what they do and enjoys capturing and sharing the everyday moments that matter with our families and wider community.
This role would suit someone who:
- Loves working with early years children and supporting their development
- Is hands-on, proactive and full of ideas

- Has a strong creative eye
- Is confident using social media and enjoys capturing and sharing day-to-day moments in a professional, engaging way
- Can help bring fresh ideas to how we showcase our setting to families
