Dawsons, Swansea's largest and most successful independent estate agency, is looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
Working every Friday and Saturday, this role is ideal for someone looking to take their first step into the property industry, gain valuable customer service and sales experience, or for an experienced property professional seeking a part-time position with a better work-life balance.
While your primary place of work will be within our Mumbles branch, there may be occasion where additional overtime opportunities may also be available to help cover holidays and sickness.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service that Dawsons is known for, assisting buyers, sellers and prospective clients throughout their property journey.

- Able to deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity
- Comfortable communicating clearly in person, by phone, and via email
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompanying potential buyers on property viewings
- Handling customer enquiries
- Maintaining and updating client records on our internal database
- Representing the Dawsons brand with integrity and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license
- Flexibility to attend weekday training sessions (by prior arrangement)
- Hours are Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with 1 hour lunch break - Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with half hour lunch break.
Additional Info:
- Occasional overtime may be offered to cover holiday/sickness (not guaranteed)
- Full training will be provided
