As we enter our 12th year, we are transitioning to a Practitioner-First Partnership Model designed for therapists who want the freedom of their own business without the overhead stress.
The "Landlord & Concierge" Model
We have moved away from traditional commission splits to empower our partners. Think of us as your "Landlord + Butler":
* Fixed Daily Rate: £80/day. This flat fee covers your premium room rental, utilities, building insurance, and business rates.
* Low Management Fee: Only 15% per booking. Our reception team handles your bookings and administrative support, leaving you to focus entirely on your clients.
* High Autonomy: You are the "Boss." You manage your own brand and social media, while we provide the professional infrastructure.
The Role & Responsibilities
* Conduct client consultations, assessing medical history, soft tissue condition, and range of motion.
* Develop tailored treatment plans and provide guidance on postural improvement, stretching, and rehabilitation.
* Collaborate with the clinic’s lead practitioners on integrated patient care.
* Administer high-quality massage and soft tissue therapy for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness.
* Maintain professional records (session plans/consultation forms) and uphold clinical hygiene standards.

Skills & Qualifications
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a clinic or spa environment.
* Strong organizational skills and self-discipline for diary management.
* Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance (First Aid training preferred).
* Excellent communication, grooming, and time-keeping skills.
* Ability to provide two professional references.
Flexible Schedule: Up to 3 days per week available (Friday and Sunday availability preferred).
