Job Overview
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into sales, proactively developing existing accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and the sales team to maximise lead conversion and revenue generation.
This role suits someone who enjoys sales conversations, understands the value of follow-up and relationship building, and is motivated by targets and business growth within a fun environment!
Duties
· Manage and convert enquiries via phone, email, website and trade shows.
· Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations to drive conversion
· Proactively develop existing customer accounts to increase repeat spend
· Identify and action cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the product range
· Support lead generation and pipeline growth.
· Contribute to sales targets, team KPIs and wider business growth objectives
· Develop strong product and sector knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
Requirements
· Previous experience in an internal sales, telesales or commercial customer-facing role
· Strong sales mindset with the ability to spot and develop opportunities
· Confident, persuasive and professional communicator
· Target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach
· Organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
· Experience using Microsoft Office applications
