Hiring for 9-12pm Saturdays and Sundays
We are seeking a friendly and professional Pool Deck attendant to oversee the swimming pool as well as converse with parents to answer any questions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hospitality skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to manage parent interactions efficiently. This role offers an engaging environment where guest services and management skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. The Pool Deck attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Welcome children and parents upon arrival and ensure they are aware of pool rules and safety guidelines
- Direct teachers and children to their lanes promptly
- Approach parents to discuss any queries as well as being an approachable individuals whom parents can talk to.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or management is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to enforce rules consistently and fairly
- A proactive attitude towards client satisfaction
- Flexibility to work weekends as required
