We are currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to independently coordinate and produce high quality bids and tenders across a range of projects and frameworks. This role could be based in our Maidenhead or London offices and can be worked flexibly with a minimum of three days a week in the office.

What does the role involve?

You will be responsible for:

Coordinating bids, tenders and framework opportunities through to submission.
Producing bid documents using Adobe InDesign.
Managing deadlines, inputs, and compliance.
Liaising with engineers, project managers, and directors.

To be successful in this role you’ll possess:

Proven experience in bid or proposal coordination.
Strong InDesign and document production skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
A strong work ethic, can do attitude and the ability for follow process and manage multiple deadlines
