Sports Rehabilitation Specialist:
Complete Rehab at the Better Body Group is a private clinic, looking to expand its multidisciplinary team due to the increasing demand. We are looking for an emphatic, knowledgeable and passionate therapist to join our team. To deliver both health and fitness-based sessions. From clinical based assessments through to late-stage rehabilitation.
The role involves delivering one to one rehabilitation sessions within a clinic and gym environment. Our clients range from the general public to athletes. We aim to improve individuals health leading to a functional lifestyle and pain free. Yet most importantly helping individuals to enjoy activities they once loved again. You will have the opportunity to focus on alternative styled sessions (strength and conditioning based). Our Sevenoaks facility is 14,000sq/ft. Our second new site is based in Blackheath.
This position is available to you if you are a graduate or hold postgraduate qualifications in Sports Rehabilitation or Therapy BSc. Who is looking to improve their clinical assessment based skills and delivery of exercise prescription programmes alongside modalities of treatment.
At our Training and Performance Centres, we work with our graduates to teach them how to build upon and develop what they have learnt at university to pursue a successful career. Our clients expect experts and our mission statement is to provide appropriate and safe rehabilitation programmes tailored towards our client`s needs. Providing education to help our clients feel confident and comfortable along their rehabilitation journey.
During your onboarding process you will be mentored through our probation period by our team. Training is provided throughout the year for our whole team. Focusing upon professional development. There are opportunities for career progressions.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Sports Rehabilitation BSc or Sports Therapy BSc or similar (Preferably 2 years)
- Experience working with the general public and athletes (Preferably 2 years)
- Experience in performing evidence based clinical assessments, diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment
- Experience in coaching clients through rehabilitation and gym based programmes
- Completed Level 2 Gym Instructor/ Level 3 PT qualification
- Pre & Post Natal Trained is a bonus
- Willing to complete further courses of modality of treatments if not already completed (Dry Needling, Massage or Rock Blading)
- Part Time positions available
- Weekday Evenings & Weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
About The Role
- To perform evidence based clinical assessments, diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment
- Competent in using clinical based reasoning to determine diagnosis of injury
- To demonstrate empathy and high quality of care towards clients
- To deliver rehabilitation exercise prescription programmes confidently
- Competent to refer clients to other medical professionals when injury/ condition is out of your scope of practice
- To be responsible for own professional development. Following in line with your governing body’s guidelines (BASRAT)
- To work effectively within a team environment
