We’re a growing marketing agency based in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire specialising in working with financial services, legal and accountancy companies.
Our business is very diverse – we act as the marketing department for businesses, as well as providing ad hoc marketing services such as copywriting, design, social media content etc. In addition, we have launched a content sharing platform, Content Streams, enabling our client firms to engage more effectively with their existing clients (normally consumers) and help to acquire new clients.
Our clients include financial advisers, wealth managers, fund managers and law firms throughout the UK.
The role
This is a full-time, permanent position, but we would consider a one-year contract, for example for someone going to uni next year. Hybrid working with at least three days a week in our office.
We’re looking for an organised person, who is able to multi-task and to liaise with our clients by email and over the phone. Attention to detail is essential.
The role will support our teams who are responsible for managing email and social media campaigns for clients, updating websites and creating podcasts and videos, specifically:
- Proofreading, uploading, and distributing content and materials
- Posting social media content and graphics
- Updating websites
- Planning for campaigns
- Using an email facility to send out communications on the client’s behalf
- Setting up accounts for clients
- Uploading and managing content across different systems
- Using platforms like Hootsuite, Monday.com, and Xero
- Speaking with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth distribution of their materials
- Handling, inputting and analysing client data
- Dealing with general administrative enquiries
- Handling and processing print orders and mail merges.

No previous work experience is required as full training will be provided.
Salary dependent on experience.
