THIS POSITION IS SELF EMPLOYED at £13.50 PH WORKING A SET SHIFT PATTERN WHICH WILL INCLUDE SOME WEEKENDS. (4 on/ 4 off pattern)
THIS WILL INCLUDE BOTH WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND SHIFTS AS PER YOUR ROTA.
Oversight Services Ltd are looking to recruit a self employed Security Officer for a high end jewellery retailer.
Candidates will have previous front of house retail security experience and excellent customer service skills.
In-house training will be provided for site specific locations.
Officers with Retail Experience Desirable
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be very well presented and capable of working in a high end jewellery environment.
- The nature of this role demands good flexibility and concentration.
- Theft / Robbery Prevention
- Incident response, control and reporting
Applicant’s Attributes:
- Excellent appearance (Dark well fitted suit, white shirt, dark tie, black clean smart shoes)
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Has strong work ethics, honesty and integrity
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to work on your own and be part of a team
- Flexibility to be able to work at weekends and weekdays
- You will be required to submit the following information prior to the interview stage
- Current SIA licence – Door Supervisor as a minimum
- Passport / Birth Certificate / RTW / Share Code
- Utility Bill or Bank Statement (no more than 3 months old)
- We also need you to submit a full 5 years verifiable employment history (in accordance with BS 7858:2012)
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience within security, preferably with loss prevention knowledge and in a front of house retail environment
- Driving Licence
