SALARY: £30,000 to £34,000 Base + Monthly Bonus

OTE: Up to £40,000

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

After 10 successful years in business, Auto Assist Group is entering an exciting new phase of growth. While many automotive businesses are struggling, we continue to thrive. Over the coming months, we will also be moving into bigger, purpose-built local premises to support our continued expansion.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are now looking for an Aftercare Service Advisor to join our growing automotive business.

This is a key customer-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for customers following their purchase, repair, or service experience. You will be responsible for handling aftercare enquiries, resolving customer issues, managing reviews, supporting bookings, chasing outstanding payments, and helping turn customer concerns into positive outcomes.

This role would suit someone who has worked in the automotive sector, ideally as a Service Advisor, Aftercare Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, Parts Advisor, or similar.

Automotive experience is essential, as you will need to understand the pace, pressure, and expectations of working in a busy vehicle repair, service, or aftercare environment.

ABOUT YOU:

Previous experience in the automotive sector is essential
Experience as a Service Advisor, Aftercare Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Workshop Controller or similar would be highly suitable
Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
Able to handle complaints and sensitive conversations professionally
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail when updating systems and customer notes
Comfortable using email, CRM systems, booking systems or similar
Positive, proactive and commercially minded
Able to work in a fast-paced automotive environment

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
