Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, assisting with food preparation, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

This position offers an engaging environment for individuals eager to develop their skills within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system and manage basic maths calculations efficiently.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Keep the workspace tidy, organised, and fully stocked throughout shifts.
Support team members as needed with general duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience

Previous barista experience is essential .
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
Familiarity with food preparation tasks will help in delivering efficient service.
Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions accurately.
