As we continue to grow into new product categories and expand internationally, we’re looking for a talented Junior to Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to help shape the next chapter of the Yass story.
About the Role
This isn’t a job where you’ll spend months making tiny tweaks to corporate PowerPoints.
You’ll be designing real products that go to market, creating eye-catching packaging, developing exciting concepts, producing website graphics, emails, print materials and marketing assets that are seen by hundreds of thousands of customers.
You’ll work directly with the founders and our creative team, with genuine opportunity to influence the look and feel of one of the UK’s fastest-growing brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing product packaging from concept through to print-ready artwork
- Creating web banners, email campaigns and digital marketing assets
- Producing print materials and promotional graphics
- Developing exciting new product concepts and branding ideas
- Creating realistic mock-ups and presentation visuals
- Supporting launches across cleaning, home and personal care products
- Working closely with founders and the wider team to bring ideas to life
- Keeping artwork organised and production-ready for seamless collaboration
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need decades of experience—but you do need creativity, enthusiasm and an eye for great design.
You’ll ideally:
- Be confident using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Have a strong eye for branding, typography and layout
- Have experience in packaging and print design (or be eager to specialise in it)
- Love creating bold, commercially successful designs
- Be organised and detail-oriented
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment where ideas become reality quickly
- Be willing to learn, adapt and grow alongside the business
- Bring fresh thinking and creative energy every day
Experience with Shopify, email marketing, social media design or 3D mock-ups would be a bonus, but personality and creativity matter just as much.

Salary & Location
£25,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
Based in Gloucester, with at least two days per week in the office (potentially more depending on projects), alongside flexible home working by agreement.
