Full job description

Auxilium Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Bid Writer to join our growing team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who has experience preparing high-quality bids and tender submissions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by producing compelling, compliant, and professional proposals while working closely with internal departments to meet client requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Writing, editing, and submitting high-quality bids and tender responses
Reviewing tender documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements
Coordinating with internal departments to gather relevant information and supporting documents
Proofreading and quality-checking all submissions before deadlines
Managing bid timelines and ensuring submissions are completed on time
Maintaining bid records and documentation
Monitoring bid outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
Supporting the business development team with proposal preparation and presentations where required

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bid Writer or in a similar role
Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Experience using bid management tools and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
