Responsibilities:

Provide timely and efficient support for digital insurance products across multiple platforms
Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to digital products, collaborating with the development team for complex problems.
Monitor digital product performance and user feedback to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues.
Ensuring all data uploads are done on a daily basis across all products.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with digital products.
Supporting the Digital Underwriting Lead in delivering new products and applications
Liaise and escalate to specific line of business underwriting teams when Underwriter referral is required.
Develop a basic understanding of the Underwriting principles behind each of the digital products offered.
Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in digital underwriting.
Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group (PCRSG), Underwriting & Claims Sub Committee (UCSC), ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and digital compliance standards.
Familiarity with insurance platforms and APIs
