Circle Recycling Ltd – Kearsley Depot
Full-time, Permanent
Basic pay: £15.70 per hour
Overtime: Time and a half after 44 hours
Saturday: Time and a half with guaranteed 6 hours minimum pay
Sunday & Bank Holidays: Double pay

Circle Recycling is looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip and RoRo Driver to join our growing waste management and recycling business.

This is a full-time, permanent role operating skip wagons and Roll-on Roll-off vehicles across the North West. We are looking for a reliable, professional driver who takes pride in their work, looks after their vehicle, and understands the importance of good customer service on construction, commercial and domestic sites.

What we offer

£15.70 per hour basic rate
Time and a half after 44 hours
Saturday paid at time and a half
Guaranteed minimum 6 hours’ pay on Saturdays
Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays

The role

You will be responsible for the safe and professional collection and delivery of skips and RoRo containers, including:

Driving HGV skip and RoRo vehicles
Delivering, exchanging and collecting skips and Roll-on Roll-off containers
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Completing paperwork and electronic job information accurately
Working safely on customer sites, construction sites and at our depot
Providing a professional and helpful service to customers
Reporting defects, access issues, unsafe loads or site concerns
Following company health, safety and environmental procedures

What we are looking for

HGV Class 2 / Category C licence
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous experience as a skip driver, RoRo driver, roll-on roll-off driver, tipper driver or waste management driver
Good knowledge of the North West area
A safety-first attitude
Good communication skills
Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach

Skip and RoRo experience would be preferred, but we will consider experienced HGV drivers from similar sectors.
