OD & Leadership Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated OD & Leadership Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of organisational development and leadership initiatives that support culture change and employee engagement across the organisation.
As part of the OD & Leadership team, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of a wide range of OD and leadership development activity, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across GMCA. The role is varied with the opportunity to support a range of projects including leadership programmes, coaching and mentoring, and employee engagement activities.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating leadership and management development programmes that enhance leadership capability across the organisation

Working with data to monitor, analyse and report on OD and leadership activity
- Building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across GMCA
- Contributing to employee engagement activity, including surveys and development initiatives

Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
About you

Has strong organisational skills and experience coordinating high-volume activity
- Is an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Is confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Office to manage data and reporting
- Has experience supporting projects and working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Has an interest in organisational development, leadership and improving workplace culture
