We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Onsite in Worlsey, Manchester

Full-time, Monday–Friday | Office Based | Competitive Salary + Perks

The Role

Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, assisting with diary management, correspondence, and general office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

· Provide day-to-day administrative and general support to the Senior EA & CEO

· Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries

· Provide e-mail management support including organisation and filtering of e-mail inbox

· Assist in arranging travel, accommodation and occasional personal bookings

· Helping organise weekly priorities and updating trackers

· Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion

· Provide general administrative support to assist the smooth running of the office

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively

· Support the Senior EA on executive office projects, events and ad hoc tasks as required

What you’ll bring:

· The eagerness to learn and develop new skills

· Energy, initiative, and a proactive attitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Great attention to detail

· Ability to adapt your communication style dependent on the audience

· Experience in booking and managing travel arrangements for a senior team

· Confidence when communicating with key stakeholders

· Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Miscrosoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Please note: this position requires a full, UK driving licence
