Opportunity at RRG Toyota Stockport - Senior Sales Administrator
Working x 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
Salary £24,784.50 - £25,740.00 Dependant on experience
We are looking for a highly organised Senior Sales Administrator to ensure our cars move seamlessly from coming into stock to on sale. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties include vehicle paperwork and compliance, where you will handle all the documentation tied to vehicle sales, including registration forms, finance agreements, invoices, and ownership transfers, often dealing with Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) records and ensuring everything is legally correct.
Processing sales orders, once a salesperson closes a deal, you step in to input the order into the system, check pricing, apply discounts, and confirm payment details.
Stock control & vehicle records, keeping track of incoming and outgoing vehicles is a big part of the role. You update internal systems with vehicle details, specs, and availability so the sales team always has current information.
Finance & invoicing support, you prepare invoices, liaise with finance companies, and ensure payments are received before vehicles are released. This might involve coordinating with lenders and verifying customer finance agreements.
Customer communication, while not a direct sales role, you often contact customers to confirm details, arrange delivery or collection dates, and ensure paperwork is signed and complete.
Coordination with internal teams, you act as the link between sales, accounts, service, and sometimes logistics, making sure vehicles are prepped, taxed, and ready for handover.
Data entry and reporting, maintaining accurate digital records is a major part of the job. You may also produce reports on sales performance, stock levels, or outstanding deals.
General admin duties, this includes filing, scanning, answering calls, handling emails, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks.
