About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our busy office team.
This is a full-time, office-based role suitable for someone who enjoys administration, speaking to clients, organising documents, managing appointments, and supporting a professional team.
The successful candidate will help with the smooth day-to-day running of the office and will be expected to work accurately, professionally, and confidentially.
Main Duties
As an Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
- Taking clear messages and passing them to the correct person
- Responding to emails and general enquiries
- Booking appointments and managing diaries
- Greeting clients and visitors when required
- Scanning, uploading, filing, and organising documents
- Preparing and maintaining client files
- Updating records on internal systems
- Supporting staff with general administrative tasks
- Managing post, paperwork, and office correspondence
- Ordering stationery and basic office supplies
- Keeping the office organised and running efficiently
- Handling confidential information carefully and professionally
- Following company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Experience Required
Previous experience in one of the following roles would be helpful:
- Office Administrator
- Admin Assistant
- Receptionist
- Customer Service Advisor
- Legal Secretary
- Office Assistant
- Data Entry Administrator
- Business Support Assistant
Experience in a legal or professional services office would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
