SDA Consulting LLP is looking for a Graduate Level Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our Manchester city centre team on our Masters Training Programme. You will have a degree in an unrelated subject at 2:1 or above and three A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C, two of which should be in STEM Subjects (Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics) and be willing to undertake a training programme to achieve proficiency as a quantity surveyor.

SDA Consulting LLP is one of the leading independent construction consultancies in the North West. We offer a comprehensive range of construction consultancy services and have extensive experience in delivering projects in both the public and private sectors. Typical projects include new build, refurbishment and remodelling projects in a variety of sectors including university, college, local authority and housing sector clients.
Our Masters Training Programme will enable the successful applicant to learn on the job, earning a salary, working within our established team on projects throughout the North West developing your key cost management skills including technical, commercial and consultancy skills. You will also study for a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors accredited Masters Degree funded on a 50%/50% Employer/Employee basis. The Masters course operates over 2.5 years with courses commencing in September and January each year.
You will have the option of either attending University on day release, working on-the-job four days per week or you can undertake study via Distance Learning working full time and choosing when you study. An uplift in salary is given to candidates who progress distance learning providing renumeration for the time spent by the employee studying outside working hours. On completion candidates would be eligible to commence our in-house Structured Training Programme to become a RICS chartered surveyor. The successful candidate will be able to select the option that best suits their own personal circumstances.

- Qualifications: in addition to meeting University entry criteria you will also hold a degree of 2:1 in an unrelated discipline and three A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above with at least two in STEM subjects.
- Location: You will live within a reasonable commuting distance from our Manchester city centre office.
- Licence: Full UK driving licence and use of a car
