A valid driving licence is essential and applicants must be able to drive the company’s manual pool car.
Job Purpose:
To represent the estate agency by conducting accompanied viewings of residential or commercial properties with potential buyers or tenants, delivering a professional and engaging experience that supports the agency’s sales or lettings objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accompany prospective buyers or tenants on property viewings.
· Present properties in a friendly, informative, and professional manner.
· Provide basic details about the property and local area.
· Collect and relay viewer feedback to the sales/lettings team.
· Ensure properties are left secure and tidy after viewings.
· Manage daily schedule in coordination with the office team.
· Assist with light administrative tasks when required.
The role will also require general administration, supporting the sales department with tasks such as:
- Chasing sales viewings
- Arranging and coordinating property viewings
- Assisting with day-to-day sales administration
Requirements:
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Professional and well-presented.
· Strong punctuality and organisational abilities.
· Full UK driving licence with no endorsements (clean driving licence is essential).
· Use of a company pool car for viewings is provided.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends.
· Familiarity with the local area is an advantage.
Desirable Traits:
· Confident, personable, and proactive.
· Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
· Previous experience in estate agency, property, or a client-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
