Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their technical skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment. The successful candidate will support various projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to innovative solutions across multiple disciplines. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive attitude are essential to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Solid Works
Support project planning and documentation through effective organisation and time management.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and clients, demonstrating clear communication skills.
Contribute to customer service activities by understanding client requirements and providing technical support where necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within deadlines.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry best practices to inform project development.
Maintain accurate records of work progress and technical data in accordance with organisational standards.

Qualifications

A graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; working experience with 3D Cad and Solid Works
Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate support. This role provides an invaluable platform for aspiring engineers eager to build their careers while contributing meaningfully to innovative projects within our organisation.

Pay: £24,420.00-£43,442.45 per year
