Real Estate Agent - 8 - 15 Qualified Appointments Per Month

No Prospecting. No Desk Fees. Just Closings.

Full-Time | Commission-Based | Active Real Estate License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days and actively enrolled in licensing)

What We're Looking For

Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle."
Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Dallas-area service territory
Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
