Job Title:Club Receptionist (Customer Service)

Reports To:Operations Lead / RGM

Location: Portland Retail Park, Mansfield NG18 1HA

Level/Salary Range: From £11.30 - £12.30 depending on age and experience

Position Type: Part time hours: 3.30-8.30 Mon-Fri and 8.30-3.30 Saturdays

Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Lead and working alongside the Mansfield team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration and will be the first point of contact for our member and general public enquiries including taking phone calls and greeting customers.

Training will be given for all our systems as well as for our programmes. You will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first-class customer service experience. Your time will be spent on site at our Mansfield site.

The recreational program will increase in order to fill spaces on waiting lists and get as many people as possible involved in this incredible sport. We believe we can make the local gymnastics club a centre for a familys recreational time during any week.

Person Specification

We are looking for a confident welcoming individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational and customer service skills. Self-driven, you will enjoy working as part of a busy team but will also be able to manage your own work and be ultimately responsible for the customer service and some customer administration including taking payments for Mansfield. You will have experience of direct customer communication and complaints handling. Nile Wilson Gymnastics value its people and encourage a welcoming development culture with a focus on individual wellbeing.

Communication with members in person, over the phone and by email

Assisting with stock checks / kit levels

Ensure all customer onboarding policies and procedures are adhered to in line with company policies and BG Guidelines

Communication with Parents / Guardians

Attend NWG Mansfield events

General housekeeping duties
