Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and customer focused Showroom Host to be the welcoming face of our established Hyundai dealership in Kings Lynn.
You’ll greet customers, understand their needs, and support the sales team by creating a smooth, enjoyable buying experience from the moment customers walk through the door. Our ideal applicant will have a proven sales background as there will be a requirement to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and provide a positive first impression.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales staff.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate customer visits.
- Provide information on vehicles, features and services
- Meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organised showroom environment
- Prepare vehicles for customer test drives
- Answer inbound calls
- Offer refreshments to customers
Our Ideal applicant will have:
- Proven sales experience.
- Great customer service skills
- Confidence in communicating with customers both face to face and over the phone.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment.
