A rare opportunity to grow a founder's personal brand from the ground up.

I run Social Hidayah, a content agency specialising in personal brands. I'm now investing seriously in my own, and I'm looking for one person to take it on and grow it.

The role is simple to state: grow my personal brand through short form and long form content, and take full ownership of my social platforms to build my presence across them. The exact method and content pillars aren't fixed yet. We'll shape them together through a series of strategy conversations once we start working together.

Whatever we produce, it needs to feel genuine, authentic and captured, with a real creative edge. That's the constant, whatever direction the strategy takes.

This isn't a clock-in role. I'm not setting fixed hours or rigid structure around it. What I expect instead is someone 100% invested and committed, in a working relationship that stays fluid.

The role

Grow my personal brand through short form and long form content.
Take full ownership of my social platforms and build my presence across them.
Produce content that's genuine, authentic and captured, with a creative edge.
Own the process end to end: ideas, filming, editing, publishing and reviewing.
Shape the strategy and content pillars with me through conversations as we begin.

Who I'm looking for

Early in your content career and ambitious. An extensive portfolio isn't required.
Genuinely obsessed with content: you study it closely and create constantly.
Competent with a camera and an edit, with a clear drive to improve quickly.
Strong instincts and real initiative. You take ownership without being managed.
100% invested and committed to growing the brand.
Based in or near Romford / East London. The work is alongside me, so proximity matters. The studio is in Beckton.

What's on offer

Professional equipment to shoot on: Sony FX30, DJI Pocket 3, and full access to our Beckton studio.
Travel covered when we go further afield, outside the normal routine. Your day to day travel to and from me and the studio is your own.
Editing software and subscriptions covered.
Full access to our content academy, normally reserved for the Social Hidayah team. It's a comprehensive programme that takes you from a complete beginner to an expert across every area of content, taught through video lessons with accompanying summary notes. Comparable programmes on the market sell for upwards of £1,500.
Direct exposure to how personal brands are built at the highest level.
An equity share in any products or services we create together as the brand grows.
A standout portfolio piece that's entirely yours, with public credit and a showreel you develop throughout.
Access to my network of high value business owners, entrepreneurs and content creators, which can lead to work on other personal brands further down the line.

Structure

Initial six month term, up to £1,200 per month.
Weekly touch points to plan and review. Day to day, the work is yours to run.
