Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Manager to lead our vehicle repair team at our Fix Auto Basildon location. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier service quality, and maintaining our reputation as a trusted independent motor industry specialist. Join us in delivering excellence and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the bodyshop team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of vehicle repair.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain BSI 10125 compliance.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Oversea inventory of tools and parts, ensuring availability for repairs.
Collaborate with technicians and the production manager to ensure adherence to technical standards.
Promote a positive team environment aligned with MotorAid’s core values.
Qualifications within Leadership and Vehicle Aftersales - Body Repair.
Proven experience in automotive Bodyshop management or a similar leadership role.
Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to vehicle repairs.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the automotive industry.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in vehicle repairs.
Previous knowledge in using Autoflow preferred but not essential.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
