Nova Interiors offer customised furniture solutions to the hospitality & leisure industry. We manufacture upholstered furniture and joinery from our factory in Chesterfield. In addition to our in-house production capabilities, we offer customers a full suite of furniture, including tables and bedroom furniture, via a network of production partners in the UK and overseas.
We work with many of the UK’s leading interior designers, construction companies and commercial groups to supply furniture which meets their specific design, durability, budget and timescale requirements.

What Are We Offering?
Due to increased demand, we are looking for a skilled bench joiner / cabinet maker to join our team to support the joinery workforce. You will be working amongst a group of highly skilled joiners and there will be opportunities to learn from them and develop your own knowledge and skills in joinery production. What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a hardworking individual who is likes a challenge and is looking to work in a fast paced demanding environment, where quality and finish expectations are high. The candidate must be able to think on their feet, overcome new challenges and solve problems on a daily basis. Excellent attention to detail, a drive to produce good quality workmanship and pride in what you do are essential. The person must be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with others. Don’t apply if you are not willing to work hard as part of a team and do what it takes to ensure the customer is receiving the best quality and service. Prior experience working in a joinery environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture high quality joinery, such as reception desks, bars etc. for commercial use.
- Evaulaute shop drawings, develop a cuting list where required and produce items as per the detailed specification.
- Use word working machinery such as various wall saws, edge banders, spindle moulders etc.
- Assemble components as per detailed drawings.
- Packaging of finished goods.
- Help to unload and load of vehicles.
- Occassional requirement to visit site to support fitters or complete rectification works.
- Helping to keep the workshop in a clean and tidy condition to ensure a safe working environment.
- Understand and work within health & safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
