Sales & Administration Coordinator (Toys Sector)

Office-based | Ripley, Derbyshire
Full-time | Monday–Friday | From £25,000 per year

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple priorities? Want to work with some of the biggest toy brands in the world while being part of a friendly, fast-paced team?

We’re looking for a Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our growing team — supporting our sales operation across order management, customer service, and direct despatch/drop ship accounts.

We’re one of the UK’s leading toy distributors, proudly working with some of the biggest names in the industry — including Hasbro, Mattel, Jazwares, Spin Master, Funko and more.

From independent toy shops to major online and high street retailers, we supply customers across the country with the products they love. Our success is built on strong relationships, accuracy, and a genuine passion for what we do.

Your Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping our sales and customer operations running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Managing product listings, pricing, and stock updates for key accounts
Uploading product data and images to retailer systems
Handling customer queries and account updates
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Attending trade shows

What We’re Looking For

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Confident, clear communicator who enjoys teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
Positive, proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
Previous experience in sales admin, e-commerce, or customer service preferred — but full training will be provided
