Job Title: Clinic Assistant / Receptionist (Temp / Perm)

Vacancy for: Part Time (2-3 shifts a week / 12-18 Hrs per week)

£13.00-£14.50 per hour, deadline Wednesday 8th July 2026.

Are you looking for a varied, demanding and rewarding role, that is much more than the usual “receptionist” job?

Then you’d love our friendly, enthusiastic chiropractic clinic.

2 shifts involve 2 afternoon shifts Monday - Friday (1:15pm -7:15pm / 1:45pm -7:45pm)

3 shifts as above plus 1 morning shift Monday - Saturday (7:30am - 13:45pm).

We are looking for a temp / bank team member to help with covering annual leave and emergency cover, with potential to become a permanent position.

This is an opportunity for a professional person who likes a challenging role where they can work as part of a dynamic and award-winning team who are making a difference.

Are you the new superstar team member we are after?

As well as the front of house reception work, you’ll help with the overall running of the clinic, assist the Clinic Director with office tasks and some PA responsibilities.

We are looking for a thoroughly reliable person with excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, who’s held a position of significant responsibility and enjoys making a difference. You must have plenty of computer experience, excellent communication and multitasking skills.

No prior knowledge of chiropractic is needed. You won’t be involved in anything in the treatment room. You need to be enthusiastic about health, helping people and want to part of a supportive community at work.

We’re a busy clinic, so you must be the kind of person who enjoys getting stuck in and making a difference. You’ll need to thrive in a busy environment with natural multitasking and hospitality skills.
