Full job description

For over 75 years now, Fletcher Moorland has been providing engineering services to industry, when is comes to finding a company with the breadth of experience and range of services offered, you’ll be hard pushed to find one that matches Fletcher Moorland.

Fletcher Moorland Ltd are looking for an experienced Credit Controller for an immediate start, to join the team due to continued growth.

Main duties and responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries to collect on outstanding balances.
Updating records of all client interactions; emails and telephone calls
Customer Statement distribution
Handle customer queries professionally, providing accurate information and guidance regarding account status and payment options.
Negotiate payment terms and schedules that balance customer needs with company objectives.

Experience:

Previous experience working on SAGE 50 Accounts is essential
Accounts and credit control experience is essential, training will be provided on company specific programs
Problem solving skills, a can do attitude
Good telephone manner and written communication skills
Confident and persistent
The ability to keep calm under pressure and learn quickly.
A good understanding of Excel / Microsoft Office
Good numeracy skills

Hours of Work

Flexibility can be offered on working days and start/finish times
25 Days Holidays plus 8 Bank Holidays (Pro Rata based on working hours)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
