Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
Manage dough preparation, toppings, sauces, and cheese distribution with precision and care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure perfect crusts and toppings every time
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences
Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and seasonal specials
Handle food preparation tasks efficiently during busy service hours to minimize wait times

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant environment
Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Prior experience in fine dining or specialty cuisine environments is desirable
